We used Ascent Roofing to replace our roof and we’re very pleased with the result. Ascent were always very professional and communicative throughout the process. I always understood exactly what was happening at every step, and my questions were always answered. The workmen on site were all very friendly and pleasant to be around and were happy to show me their work and explain what was happening. Everyone involved has been happy to talk me through the details and answer my questions. The workmen very clearly had pride in their work. The end result has been great. Angel & Jeff were amazing at communicating every stage of the reroof, happy to go above and beyond at no extra cost. Roofing team were polite, timely, hard working, tidy and overall a pleasure to have. Every team member we dealt with had a can do attitude, they were problem solvers not problem blamers which is such a nice breathe fresh of air in the construction industry to have them looking out for your best interest. From first initial contact to sign off Ascent roofing have delivered what they promised. Delivered when they said. Great team! Great work!

Had our roof done and we were very happy with the result. Very professional, works were completed on time as they promised. They also communicated every day and we appreciate all the updates. We had some issues with the timber framing that did not go with the original quote but their team was able to sort it out with no fuss. Overall very very very happy. Not necessarily the cheapest in all the quotes we considered but definitely we did the right decision and worth it with all the quality service they gave. 100% recommend!

Ascent Roofing were asked to inspect and undertake repairs on the roof of my home. I was very impressed with their initial assessment. A thorough inspection of the roof was performed, and an honest explanation of the work that needed to be done was given to me. The owner, Jeff, did not try to up-sell or push expensive products, and was very clear when talking about what work was necessary vs what work didn’t need doing. He demonstrated a high level of knowledge in regards to roofing, and showed honesty, customer focus, and integrity as a businessman. Because of this, I was happy for Ascent Roofing to perform the repairs. The repairs were performed quickly, however, the work initially was of a poor standard with multiple critical issues. As soon as I raised these, Jeff came around the same day to inspect them. He did not try to make excuses, he owned the problem and apologised unreservedly. He then promised to fix the issues. Ascent Roofing were true to their word. The issues were resolved a couple of months later to a great standard, at no additional cost. The workmanship this time was excellent and I am very happy with the end result. Everyone makes mistakes, this is a side effect of being human! However, what makes the real difference is how these are dealt with. Ascent Roofing and their owner Jeff demonstrated a first class approach to customer service in their management of these problems, and a high level of professionalism. The way my complaint was dealt with and was resolved was exemplary, and so I would highly recommend this company to others looking for roofing services.

Amazing service!! It was really easy to communicate to Jeff and Angel about my roof replacement – they were very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions (I didn’t know anything about roofing) and gave me possible scenarios if I chose different types of roofs. Definitely felt that level of trust and would recommend their advice and service! So happy with my new roof 🙂
